22 year old rings in the New Year in a city lock up for cutting women's hair.

Jared Walter: Huh, huh, huh, huh....remember that time when I went around trying to cut random women's hair on the city bus?

 

Jared's stoner friend: Yeah that was sweet. People thought you were an absolute douche, but you got your name in the paper and a bunch cool blogs, so it was probably worth it.

 

Many years or months from now Jared will have a similar conversation and laugh.

 

While you were out drinking and drugging your 2009 NYE away, Jared Walter was riding the No. 33 bus in Portland giving impulse haircuts to the women riders. Although the cuts were free one recipient wasn't pleased, so she contacted police to complain. Jared tried to scram, but he was bagged by a transit cop. Portland PD jailed Jared on charges of interfering with public transit, disorderly conduct, harassment and robbery, cause he was into robbery too.

 

Note: Back in November Jared turned another city bus into a mobile barber shop, because a lady came forward with the same accusation except he poured super glue in her hair.
