Yesterday New Jersey passed a bill that would allow chronically ill residents the opportunity to purchase plant from state monitored dispensaries.
The medicinal plant would be available to typically people who suffered from cancer, glaucoma or terminal illness. Those that did qualify would be allowed to buy 2 ounces of plant per month from state-monitored dispensaries. Anyone carrying an official NJ registry ID card would be protected by law so the fuzz couldn't haul them off to jail.
Not sure of the details, but NJ's laws will be more strict than that of Cali. NJ's aim is to provide a temporary relief to those with terminal illness(which is the right thing) and not decriminalize the drug like the Golden State does.
Note: You can also move to Alaska, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington...ok pretty much every blue state if you want medicinal plant.
